Please Make sure you bring Proper Identification to your appointments so applications can be filled out properly. These include Health Care Card, Driver Licenses, and Identification Card. 

If applying to register a child, Please bring Long form Birth Certificate (with Parental Information) * NOTE: Both Parents Stated on the Birth certificate must sign the Registration form. For any additional Information Regarding your Appointment, you can email Shiniah: Registrations@inbnt.ca
